Customer Support Manager
Alex Spence is the Customer Support Manager at Sikorsky Australia, based in our Brisbane Head Office.
Alex joined Sikorsky Australia in 2010 as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, specialising in aircraft deep maintenance programs and major refurbishments, working within our Brisbane MRO for 5 years. During this period Alex was appointed as a Field Service Technician on the Sikorsky S92 phase III gearbox upgrade and service life extension programs, servicing customers’ globally at their location.
After 5 years with the company Alex joined the Customer Support team appointed as the Technical Support Representative supporting commercial customers’ component repairs and aircraft maintenance programs, in this role Alex acted as a conduit between the respective business units and the customer for the duration of their experience at Sikorsky Australia.
In 2018 Alex stepped in to head up Sikorsky Australia’s Customer Support team, responsible for customer enquiries, material sales, repair management, technical requests and account support.
Alex is supported in this role by a team of Customer Support Representatives engaged in providing exceptional support to our customers for the duration of their experience with Sikorsky Australia, whatever the project may be.
